You could have either
a. A power supply about to go bad.
or
b. A power switch problem.
It could also be a number of other things, such as a "Wake on..." feature in
your BIOS, or if it's on standby, your may getting some ambiant "noise" from
your mouse or keyboard.
The best bet is the power supply. It's not hard to replace. Best of luck.
