I thought someone would say this so I didn't originally reply.
I think your problem may be that you need to disable the internal cache
in bios before installing windows.
If this work around doesn't work, I would suspect incompatible memory or a
bad mobo.
Make sure you turn the cache back on when finished, or your computer will be
slow.
