sorrry, pretty new to all this:
I am running an athlon 1.2 in a ECS K75A M\B with o\bsound, 256 sdram.
GEForce2 mx video,40gig IBM deskstar. i also have a firewire card installed.
I had problems with the video card fitting into the slot comfortably when
built. I had to put a spacer in behind the screw, but at first this worked
fine and it ran OK. Lately I have been mucking around with video codecs and
installed a few utilities for mpeg2 encoding could this have adverse
effects? I get a desktop recovery message quite often now and also I cant
let it go on standby because it locks up 90percent of the time.
