I am certainly pro-meat-fat unlike Cordain (in his book)!
I NEVER trim fat off meat. I was just looking through his book and saw
his objection.

There are great recipes for chilis (ground beef or pork)
in NeanderThin (plug for the better book). If I weren't so lazy
I would make them sometime.
