When I'm trying to eat more fat than let's say 65-70 % of total calories
intake I get tired and irritated and experience headaches and low energy
levels. Has anybody experienced something like this?
I can read about people getting up to 85 % calories from fat. For me it'
seems to be impossible.
I wonder what's the mechanism.
