I HEAR THAT STUFF LOTS OF TIMES. I just do my best and get over it.
Anything I could do I did. The things I can't do I did not do. Like it or
not you can't change it. Since Benjamin has gotten past 14 he has seemingly
became much more understanding. I guess maturity is setting in.

So, Ken, how do you deal with it? Anybody (especially ABs) spout platitudes
like, "Oh, it's not important to your kids that you can't do such-and-such.
They just want to be around you." Right.

Sometimes guilty, sometime angry with the whole thing, yes.
An aside here, maybe even a new thread: Do any list folks with kids ever
feel "guilty" about not being able to do all of the physical things with
your kids that AB parents can? This has been gnawing at me lately. I come
home from work pretty much shot, but the kids want to get out and GO!
Anyone else have this?
-Kyle
