I once watched an afternoon of the "Cartoon Network," and couldn't stand it.
The artwork was awful, the stories contained too much violence, and the
characters were poorly developed.  True, the cartoons of my childhood
weren't all great but I do remember good ones, like Bugs Bunny, Mickey
Mouse, Donald Duck, Daffy Duck, the Roadrunner, etc.
