Yes, I think so. His arms are very tight. Worse than his legs. He has good trunk / head control and weight bears nicely with minimal support but his arms really hold him back because he can't hold himself up and his balance is poor. The Botox in his arms really seems to decrease the tone and this decreases his tone all over.
Also, I think cognitively he is starting to figure out that doing things on his own has great advantages. :-) He has come a long way since starting school this fall in terms of feeding himself, drinking from a straw, speaking up when he wants something... Really nice to see.
