I am speaking to Tzippoah on the phone at this minute and things are bad.
She is at a Christian Y with no medication, no wheelchair, difficulty
accessing phones, no air conditioning, and no oxygen.  Tzip would help
this kind of help:  1) call 718-283-2699 and leave message for Dr.
Siegman, questionning the discharge of Tzip from Maimonides without
provision for the medication, etc.   2) call 718-283-8404 and speak
Filosa (registered nurse) about medical discharge.  This is in conjunction
with a claim on her part that the discharge was inappropriate and without
due process.  Tzip plans to send the appropriate appeals to: Island Peer
Review Organization of the NY State Dept of Health and wants the "offending"
people to be aware of the interest of the net and to add this information to
the appeal process and help the appeal with feedback.  She needs letters of
support.
