Sometimes I feel so stupid when trying to figure out what we can eat.
This may be a stupid question but is Hydrolyzed Corn Gluten the same or
different than Wheat Gluten. Are all gluten's bad for us? I thought
gluten was just in wheat. And I thought Utz's Cheese Curls were safe
and I just re-read the label and the last ingredient says "Hydrolyzed
Corn Gluten". Can someone give me some direction on this?
