Apologies for cross posting.

I passed this query on to Sight and Sound in UK as I was so interested in
the topic. I would also like to have feedback on both Blackboard and WebCT
when used with screen readers and magnification as we would like to compile
some notes for those using Virtual Learning Environments on our database in
respect to certain products. Any links to papers and comments would be most
welcome.

There is an general article on the subject at DisinHe

Best wishes,

Has anyone out there had any success in using the above for web and
Blackboard 5.0? Have you had any difficulties with frames, java etc? I
welcome a reply as soon as possible (as I have to put together draft report
pdq on screen reading software that the Institution currently has and
recommendations for other software!) Many thanks in anticipation.
