So far, no one has mentioned CAST.
See http://www.cast.org , and click on the link for the CAST E-reader. It
doesn't cost a lot (I think about $200) and does a lot for accessing web
pages, both in terms of visual impairments and LD.

WeMedia has a talking web browser that is free. I have not had time to
totally
test it yet but so far it seem to work as well as Connect Outloud by HJ.
