For just scheduling purposes your friend can use meeting maker,
(http://www.meetingmaker.com) or she can use Outlook both work with
PC's.
Outlook may already exist in her current system. In outlook she could
use the calendar option to schedule all her help for particular times
and for ongoing period or for fixed period of time.
Hope this helps,

Subject: Scheduling Software Programme
A friend of mine is disabled and has a number of support assistants
(maybe 8-12) to help her. She would like to have a scheduling
programme/system on her computer which she can use to schedule these
folks, change the parameters of their shifts, and total their hours.
Any PC-based programme of which you're aware?
Thanks for any ideas or wisdom.
