Hi all,

If the person with MS is experiencing motor problems in the hands and
fingers as well as losing vision, then some kind of stamp or a digital
signature should be sufficient on most documents. You might have to
write an explanation. Dunnow what the laws are in Australia.

On the other hand, if this person is suffering from loss of sight and
not fine motor control in the hands, then get him/her a signature
guide post haste! He/she already *knows* how to sign a piece of
paper, the problem is where to sign and where the line is.

there are signature stamps available, but for a really legal document
like a will or papers having to do with one's care, then a true
signature may be required. Not sure how this can be accomplished.
the thing is, if the person is now using a wheel chair, I'd hide that
signature stamp well. You don't want unauthorized people using it.
