Hi everyone,

These people are starting to annoy me. It appears this lot have just
harvested our membership list and are sending bulk e-mail to each
person individually. I propose sending the following to them but I
thought you might all welcome joining a "class action". If you DO
want to stay on their mailing list just send me an e-mail and I'll
exclude you.

I can't guarentee they will actually do anything but if they don't
they have a mainstream ISP - "bluewin.ch" - who might.

Cheers

Deri

PS Some of you may not be getting these annoying e-mails - I think
they harvested the e-mail addresses towards the end of last year, so
anyone joining since then should be Ok. Also, anyone who has the
"conceal" flag set are alright.

Cheers

Deri

Dear Sir,

I have received your recent e-mails regarding GIGER MD instruments.
Since the devices you are offering are of no interest to me, please
could you remove me from your mailing list. Accordind to this advice
from "SDPC - Swiss Federal Data Protection Commissioner, Feldeggweg
1, CH-3003 Berne":-

"When you have localised the address of the spammer inform him that
you do not want your address to be used e.g. for publicity. Demand
that the spammer makes a blocked note on his list.

Further, pursuant to Art. 8 Data Protection Law you have the right to
demand that the owner of a database inform you on whether and what
personal data of yours is being processed. "

this is all I need to do to be removed from your lists.

Coincidentally it appears that all the Members of the C-PALSY list
hosted at St Johns have also been aproached in a similar way, so to
help you sort this out I asked all the members to contact me if they
wished to continue receiving e-mails from your company. The list
below details those (if any) who answered that they would.

So please can you take this e-mail as a "Demand" that you make a
"blocked note" on your list for all e-mail addresses who are also
members of the C-PALSY list hosted at St Johns University.

I have copied this to "[log in to unmask]" who appears to handle
your English Language enquiries, just in case.

Yours sincerely

Deri James
