Hey, I  think it's  OK to make fun of yourself.  I do it all the time;
suppose I got it from my dear old Granny who was a Brit with a
self-depreciating sense of humour.  And I think it shows a good sense of
confidence.

However where it goes wrong it when we make fun of others in a cruel sort of
way, making fun of others' vulnerabilities and disabilities.  That's
inhumane and definitely not funny at all.
