I recently upgraded my computer to Window XP Proffessional and now when I am using my computer, not logged onto the net and someone makes a telephone call I can hear the conversation thru my pc speakers.  How do I fix this?

I am running the following;

HP8570 Pentium 3 450MHZ with a Rockwell HCF 56k fax modem
