Carbs are mostly green vegetables but very small amounts of tubors, brown
rice or slow cooked oats or maybe half an apple. I keep my carbs to about 60
per day (less if one deducts fiber grams). This is actually the first time
in nearly 20 years that I've counted calories. Doing this plus worrying
about carbs is tremendously stressful -- especially when I've gotten no
results yet.
