Let me jump back in here. I was the one who originally
brought this up. I was responding to Erik's post that
he was trying to make a 'paleo bread', and I thought
perhaps it might give him some good ideas. To twist
the subsequent posts into an attempt to justify eating
bread, or tempting people to cheat, is in my opinion,
utterly absurd.

On the other hand, I think it behooves us to look at
alternative methods for pursuing the goal of
'paleoness'. Many people still cling to the notion
that 'bread is good'. And many more *want" to pursue
paleo eating, but for whatever reason, are unable to
make the transition completely. (I don't care if their
reasons are legitimate or not - I only care that those
people/situations exist). Shouldn't a *support group*
discuss possible solutions for those people as well?
Or is this list intended only for those people who are
already 100% paleo? (preaching to the choir, so to speak).
