u would it be more correct to say you have absolutely no idea and have not
bothered to find out?

since paleo man ate liver, of many and varied species, we should consider
why. the question is, what is the optimum amount of vitamin A, not the
death-camp amount. a man will not die even at 1,000,000 IU, and 100,000 IU
is the minimum over a prolonge dperiod to cause some symptoms, which are
relieved quickly on cessation of intake. 50,000 IU seems a better amount
for RDA than 5,000. unless you wish to be a walking ghost.
