 When a Crop Becomes King
This is a link to a NY Times editorial on the dangers of corn to the health of
the environment and the health of humans. Its by Michael Pollen who wrote an
excellent book called "The Botany of Desire." There seems to be a definite and
wonderful trend that is appearing.
