Actually you are mistaken. The $150 is to find out your metabolic type and appropriate foods, and has nothing to do with supplements. Once you're eating appropriately for your metabolic type you may not need any supplements. People usually save lots of money on unnecessary supplements, as well as lots of time and money experimenting with
various diets. Most people are relieved to get the help determining appropriate foods, as they don't have the discipline to experiment like those of us on this list. Every person I've worked with has benefited tremendously as they finally know what to eat and can stop guessing, as well as not taking most of the products they used to take.
In defense of Dr. Kristal, who is one of my nutrition teachers and one of the dearest, sweetest, men I've ever met, describing him as a "schemer" is as far from the truth as you can get.
