I think it's great! I have a batch just now that is so green it stains the
countertops. It made green mayonnaise, too - looks like pesto.

I like flax oil, too, but hardly ever use it, as I take fish oil for Omega 3's.

I think one needs to develop an appreciation for the oil as an ingredient.
It's not supposed to be tasteless - we've just been abused by all the
unflavorful grease in the SAD, or the Asian versions, too.
