45 days is a little too soon to get accurate readings from a new diet.

debateable topics. Most doctors are wildly anti-cholesterol, and your

family. Low cholesterol is linked to all kinds of bad things,

Cut sugar. Cut saturated fat, exercise more. That is what people on
this list told me when I asked the same question.
