No info on the quality but, in my experience, the more interesting meats
(hearts, liver, chiterlings, etc.) are available in stores serving ethnic
and lower-income shoppers.  The King Soopers at 14th & Speer, surrounded by
the Hispanic community of west Denver, has cuts I'd never heard of.  Just 3
miles away, the Capitol Hill King Soopers has no odd cuts whatsoever.
