Put out by Spectrum and labeled as "organic shortening" and "non
hydrogenated." Contains no palm kernal oil, but only cold pressed organic
palm oil.

I wonder where they get organic palm oil?

Anyone know anything about this oil? I plan to use it instead of butter in
some cooking.
