I have low blood pressure too, usually 90 over 60, and have always eaten a
LOT of salt on my food. I went to a doctor once because I felt faint after
lifting weights or standing up quickly and he said I have something called
dysautonomia or something, retain very little water, and should never go on
a low-salt diet. I definitely dehydrate extremely quickly. So I don't
believe EVERYONE should cut out salt, and I'm not planning to do more than
cut back as much as possible and use sea salt when I can get it.
