Over consumption of fruit will lead to manic thought, severe cravings,
irritability, bone demineralization, general inflammation. The list goes on
and on. I have noticed that my healing progresses much more fast when I
limit fruit to maybe a piece every other day or so
Most people that I have met cannot handle fruit so well. They get very tired
after eating it. Their blood sugar spikes.
Once you get in the fruit cycle, when you start thinking about your next
fruit meal, lay off of it for a couple of days.
I always combine fats to slowly release the sugar into the bloodstream. I
don't get the spike. Cut the fruit out for awhile. The abused pancrease
cannot tolerate high fruit consumption; unless, of course you never battered
yourself with refined sugars and booze like most people.

How do you feel and how is your weight? Excess fruit consumption over a
period of time usually cause problems. If you are craving fruit there may
be
problems. It depends what you mean by craving.
