Interesting -   I just cant relate theese fat percentages to how people
actually look.

Couldn'nt you give me  some examples .   For example what fat percentage did
Marilyn Monroe have ?
How does the female  22%  look , and the 15% for men?

I suspect that the current  rather anorectic  beauty-ideal   for women ,
might correspond to a lower fat % than 22 (Am I right?)

BTW  what are your source for these figures ?
