yes, i usually do eat the lower carb fruits, i don't like the taste of
bananas, and oranges are so sweet, i get a sugar crash after eating a whole
one! so i mostly stick to apples, grapes, pears, berries, and in the
summer, melons and peaches.
no, i don't count anything. i try to eat whenever i'm hungry, as much as i
feel like eating. some days, this seems like quite a bit, other days it's
not much. but i am not trying to lose any more weight, this is a
maintainence thing for me now.
