Well said Brother Habib and thanks for your imput.You are right about the U.S politicians who blindly support the state of Israel in order to save their own hide.I guess supporting the Jewish state is a condition si ne qua non  if you want to hold office in this country. I think Congress is ready to go on record next week with a legislation  supporting  Israel despite the Bush administration objection. This is unnecessary because the whole world knows where the U.S stands when it comes to Israel.This vote could also undermine the President as an honest broker of peace in the Middle East.I hope the quartet Mideast peace conference in June will result to a Palestinian State and security for Israel.
