Michael,
Yep, I can believe it. I work with Family and Childrens' Services (FCS)
almost every day. They latch on to the most trivial events sometimes,
ignoring the absolute mayem right under their noses in other cases. I think
you have to take a "common-sense deprogramming" course to become a
caseworker, or so it would seem.
