For those that don't know:

Definition of a placebo controlled trial:

I go into the hospital for three days. On one of those days  I am given
lumbar puncture with real baclofen, on the other day with saline. I  still
do pain/spasticity scoring walking, videotaping etc. IQ don't know which
drug they are giving me.
There is a washout day in between the two injections-no lumbar puncture is
given. I have to tell the team when I was given the baclofen, and when I
was given the saline. I also have to see a psycologist, etc. If I FAIL, I
will not be given the pump, bsasically, and the intrathecal baclofen
helped me so much.
