Hi Drew,

I was suffering from similar problem with my Pentium MMX-200 (lucky Star
MB-VIA chip set.). After going through swapping exercise for each component,
at last it was resolved when I replaced the MB. In fact I salvaged one of my
old "PC Chips" MB, which was declared dead by the technician. All I did was
to change the core voltage from 2.8V to 2.9, and it got a new life. The PC
is trouble free now.
