indeed. such as the kidney fat, highly saturated. which made paleo diet rich
in saturated fats.

well, i never did argue that. by 'organ fat' i meant the visible fat round
the organs, not the fat within the muscle tissue. clumps of it. highly
saturated, that paleo man ate.

i dont know, but the point is what? the issue is that paleo man had plenty
of source of fat from plenty of animals. sometimes they didnt, and then they
starved. you, and paleo man, can choose the exact proportion of fat/protein
you want according to your own predilection. The Great Panhandler in the
Sky did did not give explicit instructons that every paleo meal must follow
the exact proportion of fat/protein as presents itself in each animal.
