Is a pig, pork? Good grief. You don't eat enough food to burn that many
calories. You should be bone thin.... Something isn't right here. I'd say
your body is hanging on to every ounce with a sluggish metabolism. Oliva

and usually burn any where between 300 - 400
calories for 30 minutes of exercise. Do weights too.
I probably stay between 1200 - 1500 kcal per day.
