Okay this time I got there.
Very interesting and further indication of better health from a high
protein/fat diet.

Okay, interesting to know.
I used to have pain in all of my joints and that seems to have gone away in
the last little while. Possibly due to not eating bread. Or it may be
because of a slight loss of weight or a generally higher meat/egg
consumption. It's hard to say with so many variables.
