Yes, I agree. But John, I think, would prefer not to taste or smell like a
merman when he kisses his mermaid--er, I mean girlfriend. :-)
Actually, his pain level has been, relatively speaking, pretty low the last
several weeks. I've been cooking strictly paleo since May 4th, and I think
it's helped, though I know he's eating some SAD when he's not here.

Keep in mind you can also get EPA/DHA

We eat fresh salmon at least once a week. Everybody loves it, and there are
never any leftovers, but I don't think they'd want to eat it any more often
than that. Also, I'm sure it must be compromised commercial frankenfish, so
who knows how much nutritional benefit we're really getting. I had no idea
the canned salmon contained that much EPA/DHA.
