Hello,

I subscribe to far too many mailing lists, Forums, and newsgroups to
read every post in any of them.

I rely on the SUBJECT LINE to tell me which post might interest me.

If you get the Digest, when replying, please change the Subject from
"Re: PALEFOOD Digest - [dates]" to something describing your message -
or better yet, use the same Subject as the message you are replying to.

Even more important - if you are replying to someone who gets the Digest
and has ignored the Subject line when they replied, please take a moment
to change the Subject yourself, rather than perpetuating a series of
Subjects with no content.

Thank you !

Cheers,

Ken
