My son has a 'spike' hairdo which requires gel. However, most gels are
loaded with either gluten, casein, or both, and/or synthetic chemicals etc

Does anyone have any suggestion for a paleo alternative?

Thanks,

Mary

ps his hair looks really cute in spikes but I don't want him getting dazed
from the gluten/casein peptides
