Not by Ray.
They are complete good carbs with vitamins.

But are rather quick insulin elevating.
Not for insulin resistance.




So, my questions is are sweet potatoes and yams considered potatoes?  What
about purple potatoes?  And are they quick insulin elevating as well as
white potatoes?  Are they also not good for those with insulin resistance
struggles?

What constitutes "tubers" and what are some?
