Iste era justo le motivo del discussion, Mario. Que phrases del tipo "I was
given a book" es un characteristica anglese non condividite per le altere
linguas-fontes, e que ergo merita traduction non-litteral (differente de
"io era date un libro"), como "uno me dava un libro", "un libro me era
date", etc.

E assi como "I was given...", altere verbos: "I was told...", "I was
granted...", etc.
