Mr. Kah,

Eventhough I am concerned that the creation of so many Committees may
inevitably result in the growth of a perhaps huge bureaucracy, the
Initiative is a truely progressive and ambitious one. It should at least
quickly establish the effectiveness of grass-roots participation in
development issues as opposed to verbal propaganda to a population largely
unaware of the ways of government. My sincere congratulations to all PDOIS.

But would you mind share with us information on the Wuli Fund? What is its
status? Have such Committees as are being proposed in Serre-Kunda Central
existed in Wuli? What have so far been the results? How can one contribute
to the Fund?
Thanking you in advance for your time.

Sidibeh
