CSU Fresno is in the process of going live with the PeopleSoft portal. I
have co-presented on web accessibility with their web manager and know she
is very interested in accessibility.

I don't use it but I have worked with staff at York who do. I've never
been to their web portal so I can't comment on that. I do recall that
PeopleSoft itself may be problematic for people who have mouse related
disabilities, as its keyboard interface was not that great.
