Sorry, Norm. I should have read this advice before responding to the
individual referring to Dick as "Hitler." You are absolutely right that
"ignore, ignore, ignore" is the better approach. I didn't stop to think
about that before jumping in the ring. I just value the enormous
contributions that you and Dick and made over the years and the knee jerk to
support Dick's position just came natural. I will, however, resist the
impulse for further retorts to the listserv-terrorists.
