I agree with your statement "Aplologies don't help". The only way you
can bring about the change is to let them know in no uncertain terms that you
are being short changed on the course and they rectify the situation
immediately (you think this inconvenience might have been an oversight on
their part). However if they can't fix the problem you demand that they
should return 2/3 of the fee since 2/3 of the course is not accessible to
you. If I were you I would attach a few replies from the forum to let them
know that you have connections! Companies don't like bad press. I am sure
they will fix the problem in a hurry. Thanks
