behavior change?  oh its real alright..  Jordan can actually tell within a few minutes to a half hour depending on how much dairy is in something.    She itches, throws the offending food back up (not on purpose) or gets moody or teary eyed.   Its kinda amazing how profound the change is.    Now she sees little kids in certain venues and says "wow now THAT kid should NOT be on dairy at all"..      it has been trial and error here.

and to the person who said that her child wasnt as serious as some of the others,  well Jordan isnt either but this list has been a God-send as far as what foods to avoid and what may be safe to try.    It just makes my daughter's life much easier.
