3 things come to mind.
a. Possible bad memory module.
b. Failing or weak power supply.
c. Over heating problem. (Check your Fan or Fans for proper rotation and
ventilation)
I would swap out the memory /power supply with known good ones in that order
to see if the prob goes away.
