Have a 6 month old PC and have been using MSN Explorer in XP for that time with no problems. Recently I cannot get logged in to my MSN account. I enter password and attempt to sign in, Modem dials, connects, MSN Explorer 6.0 responds with "Authenticating" status or "Signing In" but just hangs there??? I left it alone for over an hour with no error messages or anything? Tried to get support help from Microsoft but had problems getting through to their support folks. Help!

The Modem checks out fine and the only change made to the computer was the installation of Sims 3000 (don't think this should have caused a network dial in problem but could be wrong - the MSN problem started happening very close to when I installed the Sim 3000 software that came with the computer???).

Thx,

Al
