Not sure if this will help, but go into cmos/bios setup; look for and activate "Initialize AGP First" (or similiar). Had the same problem on a Microstar board and that helped. At least I think that solved it; it's been a while.

Subject: [PCBUILD] Video Card not found
I am trying to assemble a computer using an ASUS A7M266 motherboard and AGP Pro video card (GeForce2 MX-200) with a AMD Athlon processor (1.4 GHz). I have everything installed, but on startup I get 1 long and 2 short beeps (video card not found). Tried another video card, but same beeps happen. Jumpers, etc., seem set right. Can't go any farther as no video. Suggestions?
Thanks in advance.
